Dove Cameron is opening up about her audition for the Wicked Films.
The 27-year-old actress stepped out on Thursday night (April 13) alongside her. schmigadoon cast for a For Your Consideration event in Los Angeles.
Dove was joined by his co-stars Cecily Strong, Keegan-Michael Key, Aaron Tveit, Jane Krakowski, Jaime Camil, and Tituss Burgess.
While out on the red carpet, Dove chatted with TheWrap about finding the role of Glinda and how long the audition process was.

“I definitely came out for that,” he said. “I know for everyone who tried it, it was a very long process. It was one of the longest processes I have ever been a part of.”
The role went to Ariana Grande, who Dove worked with on live hairspray. Also starring in that production was Kristin Chenoweth, who originated the role of Glinda on Broadway!
Dove said: “I am very excited for Ariana. She is a genuinely dear friend of mine. We met when we were very young. I think she’s going to kill him. I think the entire cast is phenomenal from head to toe. So as a fan, I’m very, very excited to see it.”
