Danny Masterson was sentenced to 30 years in prison after being found guilty of two counts of forcible rape.

The outlet noted that Danny was present at his sentencing, which took place on Thursday (September 7). However, he did speak. Judge Charlaine Olmedo addressed him as she decided his sentence.
“Mr. Masterson, you are not the victim here,” he said. “Your actions 20 years ago took away someone else’s voice and choice. Your actions 20 years ago were criminal and that is why you are here.”
He was supported by his wife Bijou Phillips, his sister Alanna Masterson and brothers Will and Jordan Masterson, all of whom were in court. A source previously revealed how Bijou reacted to her husband’s conviction.
Danny’s conviction came after a trial in 2022 ended in a mistrial.
