Cuphead DLC’s Miss Chalice Is Now A Fall Guys Costume

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has added a new Cuphead costume featuring Miss Chalice from The Delicious Last Course DLC. Fall Guys went free-to-play earlier this year and amassed even more popularity amongst audiences who declined to buy into the game when it released in 2020. The title became available on all major platforms and introduced a battle-pass system that included crossover costumes from Assassin’s Creed to Among Us to Godzilla.

Fall Guys new free-to-play model attracted many new players due to its newfound accessibility, and even though older players were initially frustrated since they had to pay for the title, they were awarded with the battle pass for free. The platform battle royale is seeing quite a few collaborations as of late, such as the Fall Guys Crown Clash that awarded Fortnite skin Major Mancake. Fall Guys also recently included an expansion to its previous Sonic The Hedgehog crossover with an additional map.

Fall Guys has done a collaboration with the indie run-and-gun Cuphead before, adding protagonist Cuphead and his younger brother Mugman. The costumes are coming back once again, but this time the crossover also features Miss Chalice from the Cuphead DLC The Delicious Last Course. Fall Guys shared the announcement on Twitter along with an image of all three costumes. The Cuphead costumes will be available to purchase from August 20 to August 24.

Cuphead’s Miss Chalice Receives Fall Guys Costume

Miss Chalice looks as adorable as she does in the esteemed DLC Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course and fits in nicely with the plethora of Fall Guys costumes already available. Cuphead is extremely successful, especially for being indie developer Studio MDHR’s first title. The DLC lived up to its hype as well, introducing Miss Chalice and new weapons, locations, and difficult bosses. The franchise even received an animated series that earned acclaim as well.

Fall Guys collaborations have always ranged from AAA to indie titles, and are especially intriguing due to having to fit into the Ultimate Knockout style. It seems as though Fall Guys is becoming even closer to free-to-play battle royales such as Fortnite with its very frequent (and seemingly random) crossovers and new battle pass, but this may just add to its popularity. Seeing Cuphead‘s Miss Chalice racing against Mecha Godzilla and Assassin’s Creed‘s Ezio in Fall Guys will be very entertaining.
