TMZ reported that Cristina Servín filed for a restraining order against her spouse after police responded to her home on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Police had been called to her residence on five separate occasions. On March 15, she deposed to her attorney clarifying that Tony did not physically abuse her, but that she is worried about him.
