Christina Ricci speaks out against her ex James Heerdegen in recently filed court documents.
The 43 year old man Wednesday The actress shares eight-year-old son Freddie with James, from whom she separated in 2020.
He is currently seeking help in court after James allegedly refused to approve a trip with Freddie to New York City. In the documents, which request an emergency hearing, Christina accuses him of “being vindictive and vengeful.”

People obtained a couple of the legal documents, which provide additional information on the situation.
Christina needs to return to the city to work more on a project she is involved in.
“Jimmy’s refusal to agree worries me, because he was clearly being vindictive and vindictive when he initially turned down my request to travel for the extra dates. Most recently, on Monday June 19, 2023, Jimmy agreed to allow Freddie to travel with me, but he apparently still wants to wait until our hearing to discuss it,” he alleged.
She said James accused her of “emotionally abusing” Freddie.
