Chris Pratt has been through some tough auditions in his acting career, but it seems there’s nothing worse than trying to get into a strip club.
The 43-year-old man Guardians of the Galaxy The star opened up about the experience during a recent interview and explained what made it so bad.

During an appearance at Jimmy Kimmel liveJimmy Kimmel asked Chris if his Marvel auditions were the “hardest” he’s ever gone through.
“I mean, maybe in my acting career,” he admitted. “But I once had an audition when I was 18 in Edmonds, Washington, at a strip club called Mr. Pattywhacks.”
“I thought, ‘I’m going to do that,'” he said of the audition, adding that “I think I probably could have had the job.”
Chris danced for “some guy,” but the whole experience wasn’t good for him. “It was noon and the place was unpleasant,” he said. His song choice was “Pony” by Ginuwine, which he later realized was “too slow” for him at the time.
He got an offer, and one thing tempted him to take it: “I walked out and there was this car, it’s like a mid-’80s Toyota Tercel with a guy sleeping in the front seat, and he wakes up and says, ‘Oh,’ and come in,” he recalled. “I thought, ‘Oh, that’s one of the dancers. He has a pretty sick car. Maybe he should go back, make some money and buy me a Toyota. But no, in the end I didn’t come back.”
Last year, another actor said he once worked as a stripper, but only for a day.
