According to court documents, if Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller fails a drug test, he will gain full custody of their teenage twins. Under the agreement, Mueller must undergo weekly drug and alcohol testing. He may also be required to comply with tests directed by his probation officer or within 24 hours of receiving a written request from Sheen or his attorney. These testing requirements can continue until the twins turn 18 or graduate from high school, whichever is later. If Mueller fails or fails a test, termination of custody would be “immediate,” and the failed test would be treated as positive.
