She attributed this significant weight loss to maintaining a healthy diet and playing sports five times a week, allowing her to achieve her goal in just 12 weeks. As announced on TikTok, Wolfrom eliminated starches, sugar (including fruits) and fat from his diet. He devised a unique diet, which included 0% yogurt, homemade chutney of lemon and crushed tomatoes, and opted for steamed vegetables and oil-free cooked meat. His disciplined diet led to a weight loss of 2 to 3 kg per week through four playing seasons. However, his approach was quite strict, as during the entire 12-week period he only ate a slice of bread and two pieces of sushi once. This revelation sparked various reactions among internet users.
