David Corenswet and Rachel Brosnahan have been cast as Clark Kent/Superman and Lois Lane in James Gunn’s Superman: Legacy.
Casting rumors have been heating up for weeks with 3 rumored favorites for Superman and 3 for Lois Lane. It looks like Rachel and David will beat out all the other competitors to get the top roles in the new DC Universe, THR reports.

Superman: Legacy it will be one of the first releases in the new DC Universe era. Its premiere is scheduled for July 11, 2025.
David, who you may recognize from Netflix hollywood, is taking on the previous iteration of the Henry Cavill role. Rachel, who, of course, starred in The wonderful Mrs. Maiselwill assume the role of Amy Adams.
