Being from Mumbai, the worst affected city, safety was the first thing that came to my mind. The protocol of testing us for a week before isolating us in a hotel got us agreed to the show. We were excited but also scared of the situation. Digital shows require patience. These shows are shot on moving cameras and retakes are also done. So it’s a little more tedious than a normal show. However, it’s great to see the show and see the cast up close and personal.”

In contrast, digital shows take longer due to re-takes to ensure the team gets the right shot. The camera zooms in on the design and the model requires patience to follow the instructions as the camera approaches. We miss the audience but after doing fashion shows for so many years, it doesn’t affect us at all.
