Shortly after reactivating her Instagram account, Britney Spears caused quite a stir on the Internet with her latest nude photo on the beach.
As previously reported, Spears posted a nude photo of herself while enjoying a beach vacation this week. “I just landed in French Polynesia!!!” the pop icon said in her post. Although comments on her Instagram posts are disabled, fans and critics alike were able to share their thoughts on Spears’ latest nude photo on different social media platforms.
“The queen shows everything and shows nothing at the same time,” said one of Britney Spears’ fans. declared on X (formerly Twitter). “I love it, it’s so daring.”
Another fan wrote on X: “Britney Spears loves being naked and I love that for the same reason.”
However, internet trolls were quick to make their comments as well. “Is there any need to expose like this?” wrote one reviewer. “I mean, I don’t want to see that, it doesn’t look good.”
One fan quickly responded saying, “Thank goodness your thoughts and [opinions] “They are not the only ones who matter.”

The Independent reported last month that in a since-deleted Instagram post, Britney Spears hinted that something was going on with her offline.
In the post, Spears wrote about how she was trying to keep her personal life a secret for years. “Not only was my personal life kept secret, but it seemed equivalent to 20 years of hard times that I wrote about in my book,” she said. “It’s over and I’m incredibly sad about those times…”
Britney Spears noted that it was “strange” that while she’s on social media, she doesn’t follow the news or fan chatter. “I’ve been doing that this week and it’s weird because I feel like a lot of fans already know me and the way they talk is incredibly nice.”
Spears also wrote that fans always suspect something is going on with her. “Well, guess what, Britney nerds… You were absolutely right,” she continued. “I don’t have time to talk about any of that because at this particular moment it is beyond comprehension.”
Britney Spears pointed out that appearances can also be deceiving. “Many, and incredibly, have rejected me.”
She did not reveal what she meant by that last comment. However, weeks later, she dismissed all rumors about new musical projects by declaring that she was done with the music industry for good.
