Not long after settling her conservatorship case with her father Jamie Spears, Britney Spears decided to take her Instagram account offline.
Just before closing her Instagram account, Spears lashed out at her family, even accusing them of being responsible for a back injury she previously suffered that caused her daily problems.
“You were actually right about the nerve damage in my back!!!” Spears stated in one of her last posts on her Instagram. “I have to get acupuncture every day of my life!!! Words and overthinking make it worse!!!”
Britney Spears continued to share details about her injury. “If only people knew I once had to crawl to my own door!!! My family hurt me!!! There has been no justice and there probably never will be!!!! “The people who sat back and did absolutely nothing when they did that for four months are sailing along just fine!!!”

Spears went on to accuse her parents Lynne and Jamie Spears of being responsible for her pain. Jamie was in charge of Britney’s 13-year conservatorship. “The way I was raised, I was always taught right from wrong,” she explained. “But the two people who raised me with that method hurt me!!! “I am very lucky to be here.”
Britney Spears later stated that she does not speak directly to her parents face to face, but she previously used Instagram to communicate. However, she believes it would not be safe for her to talk to them face to face either. “The child in me knows he would be destroyed and that’s basically it!!!”
“Despite what she’s been through, Britney added that she misses her home in Louisiana and wishes she could visit, but her parents took everything.”
Britney Spears emerged from the guardianship dispute with nothing and will pay her father’s legal fees
Although her conservatorship ended in 2021, Britney Spears testified against her father. She claimed that he and her other guardians abused her. She also accused her guardians of making her work tirelessly for her financial well-being.
The legal battle came to an end last week, when Britney left the courthouse without receiving any monetary reward. She was also reportedly ordered to pay her father’s legal fees, which are said to amount to around $2 million.
He also has to pay his own legal fees, which are rumored to be approximately $4 million.
The exact details of the agreement were not disclosed. However, Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, told several media outlets that despite having to pay her fees, her wish for freedom is officially granted.
“As she desired and instructed, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to be involved in court or entangled in legal proceedings in this matter,” Rosengart said. “Britney Spears won when the court suspended her father, and Britney Spears won when her fundamental rights and civil liberties were restored.”
