The 41-year-old “My Prerogative” pop star took to social media to denounce the “hateful things” being said about her in the press.

“It had been under lock and key for 13 years. Have there been ups and downs? Yes,” they explained. “But some of the amazing things she’s done recently have all been of her choosing. She is a survivor. Despite the ups and downs she’s going through, she’s still a survivor.”
One day before the positive report, Britney issued her own press release on Instagram.
“I don’t like being bullied by media people and saying hateful things,” she wrote near the end of a lengthy post about finding her way. She then shifted focus and asked her fans how they were doing.
Earlier this month, some of Britney’s former collaborators revealed what it was like working with her during her conservatorship and shared a sad outlook.
Meanwhile, Britney recently received some serious recognition from a pop icon.
