If you don’t know, Len was an ex DWTS judge who died earlier this year.

“I can’t begin to express how disappointed I was that Sharna Burgess was not invited to last night’s tribute. It’s also disappointing that none of her ‘ballroom family’ stood up for her or spoke up,” Brian wrote on Instagram. “She is an incredible soul and has always been a friend to everyone.” He included a hashtag that read, “the family stays together.”

She also captioned the post: “She wasn’t even invited to sit in the stands and watch. What a shame for that group of people. Kindness is an action, and so is love ❤️ @cherylburke should have been there too.” Cheryl Burke, a longtime dancer on the show who left last year, also wasn’t asked to return.

In the comments of his post, Brian also answered some questions from fans. Eight former professional dancers were invited to return, if you didn’t see it.
