Baladitya started his acting career at the age of six. In 1991, Baladitya made his acting debut in the Telugu film Edurinti Mogudu Pakkinti Pellam, in which he played the role of Sridhar.
In 1992, he appeared in his second Telugu film Champion.
The same year, he made his Kannada debut with the film Edumanelli Ganda Pakkadamanelli Hendathi, in which he played the role of Stampu.
In the same year, Baladitya debuted in Bollywood with the film Tyagi.

Later, he appeared in some Telugu shows, such as Rajadurai in Rasathi (2019) on Sun TV, as Krishna in Subhadra Parinayam (2019) on Gemini TV, and as Balaraju/Galiraju on Star Maa Savithramma.
