After his performance, fans began to assume that Bad Bunny hinted that he might have written Harry’s “As It Was,” but Harry couldn’t make his song.

On Monday (April 17), a rep for Bad Bunny said the artist declined to comment, but told him Rolling Stone that the artist did not approve the image shown in the tweet.

The visual content company behind his set also confirmed that the artist did not approve of the tweet.

Sturdy.Co issued the following statement: “Our intention is to create playful designs that embody Bad Bunny’s personality and amplify the experience he presents as a performer. The artist’s request during the visuals of the performance of ‘El Apagón’ was to use only the image and not the text of the tweet, for which we take responsibility and correct it for Friday’s performance. These images are a celebration of Bad Bunny and his dedication to empowering his native island of Puerto Rico.”
