Nearly a year after getting married for the first time in a New York City courthouse, the couple celebrated their union with a “magical” ceremony at The Cedar Room in Charleston, South Carolina.

“This time feels like the beginning of an exciting new chapter and we are looking forward to continuing to live together,” Joe told the outlet.
“We wanted to pick a fun city for a weekend getaway that was accessible to most of our family and friends and had a location we loved!” Serena added.
“Charleston is so beautiful and the moment we visited the city and The Cedar Room we could instantly imagine our wedding there.”
“We have no prior ties to Charleston, but we are very excited to make special memories there!” He also said, adding that he “wanted the weekend to feel like a big celebration” not just for the couple but for “everyone we love.”
Joe first appeared on Becca Kufrin’s season of High school, and was eliminated the first night. He later appeared in Bachelor in paradise in 2018, returning for season 7 in 2021. He proposed to Serena in the finale.
