The reality star took to Instagram on Thursday (September 28) to share a carousel of selfies showing her heartbreak and her efforts to take care of herself.
Kaitlyn wrote in her caption: “All of these photos were taken today. Today was hard. But I kept going. I was supposed to go to the People’s Choice Country Music Awards tonight, but my body had other plans. A panic attack (I’ve only had 4 real ones in my life). “Into some light exercise to move my body, a relaxing facial, a hair appointment and now I just need to rest.”
She emphasized: “Listen to your body. Emotions are a wild man.”
