She also said that Khan cheated her and used her to get a green card and she accused Khan of taking all her money. According to her, from 2013 to 2016, she worked while her husband Khan stayed at home and depended on his financial support. She shared that he used her credit cards to pay for her expenses. He ignored her spending habits and even disrespected her in front of their children. When she visited Mumbai in 2016, Khan refused to let her enter his house. His repeated excuses for not meeting her increased her suspicions and she learned from Khan’s friends that he was cheating on her. She also shared that he used to physically harass her and lock her in a room so that he could communicate with girls on Skype. He then told her that his mother wanted him to marry a younger woman, even though they were both in their 50s. As a result, he kept their marriage a secret and tricked her into signing divorce papers without her knowledge. However, according to Muslim law, she was still considered married. Furthermore, she wanted to recover the money spent on him and receive compensation for the hardships she had endured because of him. He also asked for a legal divorce from her which is called ‘Khulanama’ in Islam. He further revealed that he was a fraudulent man and had two fake birth certificates. She said that his demand from her was only Rs 8 lakh, but he had actually spent much more than that. He even revealed that Khan has a friend who is involved in similar fraudulent activity. Pirani’s lawyer has filed a complaint against Cezanne at the Versova police station, accusing him of defaming a woman, domestic violence and financial fraud. According to Ayesha, she has two sons from Cezanne. His elder son’s name is Maaz.
