Awkwafina is opening up about crazy rich asians!
The 34-year-old star, who voices Scuttle in the live-action The little Mermaidmade an appearance on Good morning america to talk about the new movie.
During her appearance, Awkwafina was asked about the status of the follow-up to the 2018 hit film.

“I know. That’s what they told me… where is he?” she said when told she had to be part of the sequel.
“I mean, I think… when? I have no idea. I think it’s being worked out,” she continued.
“It would be very significant. They are like my family right now. It’s been so long. We would love to get back together.”
