Avril Lavigne prepares to say goodbye to her home in Malibu!
The 38-year-old singer is selling her beachfront home for $12 million, according to Dirt.
The home features 3,455 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Avril didn’t own the house for long, as she first bought it in October 2020 for $7.8 million. She can make a big profit on the house if she sells it for the asking price!
The main house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the separate guest house contains the separate bedroom and bathroom.
The house has a large front patio and a pool in the backyard with incredible views of the sea.
