Author Robbie Couch Shares Exclusive Photo Diary From His ‘If I See You Again Tomorrow’ Book Tour!

YA author Robbie Couch just released his third novel, “If I See You Again Tomorrow,” and he traveled the country this past week for his first-ever book tour!

“If I See You Again Tomorrow” is a speculative young-adult romance about a teen stuck in a time loop that’s endlessly monotonous until he meets the boy of his dreams.

Robbie was joined by his friend, “They Both Die at the End” author Adam Silvera, to bring the new book to fans across the U.S. and it looks like the tour was a big success. Stops were made in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Antonio, and San Francisco.

Robbie is one of the most popular emerging authors in the queer YA fiction space and his previous two novels, “The Sky Blues” and “Blaine for the Win,” are already favorites among fans.

Robbie: “Here I am cheesin’ next to the cover of my new book, which was made into a poster for my launch event at the Grove Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles. It was such an incredible night!”

Robbie: “My eyes were closed in the only group photo from my launch event in LA. I guess you can’t win them all.”

Robbie: “I’m lucky to have friends in the young-adult author game with me. Here I am with Sofía Lapuente and Jarrod Shusterman (on the left), who co-wrote the fantastic new book Retro together, along with Adam Silvera on the right. Silvera is the bestselling author of They Both Die at the End and The First to Die at the End. He’s a good friend who was my conversation partner for each event!”

Robbie: “This was my Chicago event at Anderson’s Bookshop in Naperville! It was a particularly special one for me. I lived in Chicago, my parents and nephew got to come, and If I See You Again Tomorrow takes place in the city too.”

Robbie: “Teeth or no teeth?” *thinks* “Let’s go with teeth.”

Robbie: “I sold out Fabulosa Books in San Francisco! It’s a queer-owned, queer-focused bookstore in the Castro. Definitely add it to your list for the next time you’re in SF.”

Here’s the full synopsis: “For some reason, Clark has woken up and relived the same monotonous Monday 309 times. Until Day 310 turns out to be…different. Suddenly, his usual torturous math class is interrupted by an anomaly—a boy he’s never seen before in all his previous Mondays. When shy, reserved Clark decides to throw caution to the wind and join effusive and effervescent Beau on a series of “errands” across the Windy City, he never imagines that anything will really change, because nothing has in such a long time. And he definitely doesn’t expect to fall this hard or this fast for someone in just one day. There’s just one problem: how do you build a future with someone if you can never get to tomorrow?”
