There’s an interesting twist to the Ashes 2023. For the first time in Ashes’ illustrious 139-year history, no Tests will be played in August in the British-hosted Ashes series. The series has been moved up a bit ahead of schedule due to The Hundred tournament scheduled for August.

The Five Tests are scheduled as matches of the day starting at 11am BST. The match is scheduled to last until 18:00, potentially extending until 18:30 to complete 90 rounds, as long as there are no interruptions. There will be a 40-minute lunch break at 1pm and a 20-minute tea break at 3:40pm
