In the film, which is based on true events, Karen is determined to bring a 16-year-old girl back to her mother after the teenager sneaks out to a party and doesn’t return home.

Ariana was cast in the film in March, just weeks after “Scandoval” blew up. In case you missed it, Ariana’s co-star and ex-boyfriend of nine years, Tom Sandoval, had an affair with his best friend and co-star, Raquel Leviss.
Despite her intense and public heartbreak, Ariana seems to be thriving these days. She shows off impressive acting chops in the trailer, delivering words of wisdom to police officers like a pro.
Buy back my daughter will premiere October 7 on Lifetime. In addition to the film, Ariana will also compete in the upcoming season of dancing with the stars.
