Anil Nedumangad was born on Tuesday, 30 May 1972 (age 48 years at death). According to some sources, he was born in Nedumangad, Kerala, while according to some other sources, he was born in Malaysia. His zodiac sign is Gemini. He did his BA in Malayalam from MG College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. In 1997, he studied drama from Thrissur School of Drama, Kerala.

livelihood
After completing his graduation in drama, he started working as a theater artist. Later his theater group got a chance to perform on Asianet channel. He also worked as a screenwriter for various comedy dramas.

She started her career as a TV anchor for various TV channels like Kairali TV, Asianet, Jaihind TV, Reporter TV and Kairali News. In 2005, he played a cameo role in the Malayalam film ‘Thaskaraveeran’. He has appeared in various Malayalam films including ‘Kammatti Paadam’ (2016), ‘Kalyanam’ (2018), ‘Oru Nakshatramulla Akasham’ (2019), ‘Porinju Mariam Jose’ (2019), and ‘Ayyappanam Koshiyum’ (2020). His last film is the Malayalam film ‘Papam Cheyyathavar Kaleriyate’ (2020) in which he played the role of Rajan. Reportedly, he was shooting for the Joju George starrer ‘Peace’ when he died in 2020.
Death
On Friday, 25 December 2020, he drowned in the Malankara Dam in Kerala, where he had gone swimming with his friends. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead. Various South Indian actors shared their complaints on their social media accounts.
South Indian actor Prithviraj tweeted,
Nothing. I have nothing to say. Hope you are in peace Anil Etah.”
Dulquer Salmaan wrote on Instagram,
Heart hurts. Can’t make any sense out of this. RIP Anil Etah. Prayers and strength for your family.”
South Indian superstar Mammootty shared a picture of Anil on his Instagram account and captioned it,
आदरांजलिकाल meaning tribute”
Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan wrote,
He was a talented individual who left his mark in the film industry through remarkable characters. He could bring life to the characters with his acting skills which deeply affected the audience. His unexpected death is an irreparable loss to the Malayalam film industry. Sharing the grief of my friends and family members.”
