After completing his education he joined his father’s business Mirachem Industries. Initially, he worked in the production process and product dispatch department. Subsequently, he was trained by his father to handle the operations of the business. Murarka soon took over the leadership of the business and expanded the company from a medium enterprise to a corporate. They expanded their services and successfully entered the export market. His company encouraged sustainable practices by offering eco-friendly chemicals for the textile industry and doing good for the environment.

Murarka is known for his service to humanity. He has launched a series of social and humanitarian initiatives at a pan India level. In 2015, he founded Ample Mission with his son, an organization specializing in organizing awards programs and intellectual property-based events. The organization focuses on facilitating programs on social issues with performances from celebrities and film stars. Furthermore, Murarka is actively engaged in various charitable activities that support healthcare, education, influencing lives and helping people struggling with poverty. He is the ambassador of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan which is an initiative to keep India clean. Apart from this, he actively supports various NGOs like Narayani Dham (Dedication), Rajasthani Mandal, Indian Development Foundation and NASEOH. She has taken many initiatives for gender equality by providing opportunities to the transgender community and bringing forward their talent. The first event of her gender inclusion initiative was Times Fashion Week 2019 in which the showstopper model was from the transgender community.

For his philanthropic work, Hindustan Times called him the new face of modern philanthropy in India. While talking about poverty alleviation in an interview, he said,
We already have the resources to eradicate poverty if we want. There will be no need for any revolution for this. This will only require adjustment of our priorities in favor of the larger well-being of the society and the nation.
