Alizeh Shah made her first television appearance at the age of 6. She was featured in a television commercial with Wasim Akram. In 2017, Alizeh Shah made her acting debut in the Pakistani television drama ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’. Later, she was seen playing a supporting role in the drama series Choti Si Zindagi.
Alizeh Shah played her first lead role in “Hoor Pari”, a drama series aired on A-Plus Entertainment in 2018. Her performance as Gul Naaz was highly appreciated by the audience. Later, she became a part of blockbuster television series like Daldal, Tere Naal Love Hogaya, Dil Maa Ka Diya, Bisat Ae Dil, Jo Tu Chahiye, and many other blockbuster television series.
In 2019, Alizeh Shah started her film career with the film Superstar, in which she appeared in the role of Chutki. Her performance in the film brought much attention to her work for which she was nominated at the Pakistan International Screen Awards for Best Supporting Actress.

Alizeh Shah started her singing career with the Punjabi song “Badnamiyaan”. He sang this song with the famous Punjabi singer Sahir Ali Bagga. The song was premiered on YouTube on 15 May 2021.
