The outlet reports that the paperwork will determine which parent Roman would live with full-time, as it appears the couple is no longer together. (Apparently they were still together after welcoming Roman a month after his birth.)
The paperwork states that Noor would get full physical custody with “reasonable visitation” from Al. The documents state that she would still have a say in major decisions related to Roman’s upbringing, including education, medical treatments and religion.
Apparently, the documents were drawn up just days after Roman’s birth, and Al signed them along with a witness.
Noor and Al are asked to pay the attorney’s fees or costs of the case. As for child support, the court system would determine the official amount for both parties before decisions.
Al’s rep told JustJared.com: “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have come to mutual agreements regarding their son Roman.”
Al and Noor revealed Roman’s name and birth details in late June.
