Agastya Chauhan was an Indian YouTuber with over 1 million subscribers on his YouTube channel Pro Rider 1000. He died in a road accident in Delhi on 3 May 2023 when his bike lost control while driving at a reported speed of more than 300 kmph.

He started his YouTube channel Pro Rider 1000 on 16 August 2020, where he posted videos of himself speeding bikes and doing stunts like wheelies with them. He owned 2 bikes KTM 390 and Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and would often go on long rides with his father and friends. His channel gained popularity and had over 1 million subscribers at the time of his death.
Controversy
Police arrested
His name was in the list of 12 vloggers who were identified by the Dehradun Police for speeding and dangerous driving in January 2023. On 12 March 2023, a policeman stopped Agastya while he was riding his bike; However, he pushed her away and then ran away. On 20 March 2023, the police arrested him while riding and was taken to the police station. His father got him released and replaced the exhaust of his bike to avoid any further collision.

Death
He was riding his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R bike with four other friends, who were riding their own bikes, and was on his way from Dehradun to a YouTubers meetup in Delhi via Yamuna Expressway. When he was going near Point 46 in Tappal area of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh on the expressway at 10 am on May 3, 2023, he lost control of his bike, after which it overturned several times. During the collision his helmet flew off, fell several meters away and broke into pieces. Agastya suffered serious head injuries and died on the spot on 3 May 2023. His friends were traveling ahead of him when his bike lost control and some local people informed the police about the accident. His parents were on their way to Delhi airport to drop his sister to study in London when they were informed about the situation. His body was sent to Kailash Hospital in Jewar, Greater Noida for post-mortem. The speed of his bike was reportedly more than 300 kmph when he lost control. After the sad news of his demise came out, his fans and friends expressed condolences and some YouTubers suspected that it could be a case of hit-and-run.
