British singer Adele is happy with her sports agent fiance Rich Paul on the cover of Elle magazine September issue. In an August 15 interview with a source, the 34-year-old actress revealed that she is “as happy as possible” with her 40-year-old man and has future plans with him.
“I’ve never been in love like that before. I’m completely satisfied with that. I really want more children. I’m a matriarch and a housewife, and a stable life helps me sing.”
When asked about her huge ring, she also talked about her engagement rumors with Paula. The singer revealed her desire to remarry despite denying that she was engaged or married to her lover.
“Good! Good. I’m not married after all. I’m totally seduced! I’m as content as I can be. I might as well get married. I’m not married. Man, I like pretty jewelry!”
Adele and Rich Paul confirmed their relationship in 2021, after the singer divorced Simon Konecki.

Where did Rich Paul and Adele first meet?
Rich Paul revealed in an article for the New Yorker in May 2021 that he was meeting a “big pop singer,” but did not specify who it was. He also mentioned that he was single at the time. Their love affair was suddenly made public in July 2021, when the two attended an NBA game together in Phoenix. People and Insider sources later confirmed that the singer and Rich Paul had been dating for months and were able to travel between Los Angeles and New York.
During an appearance on Adele’s One Night Only on CBS in 2021, the Grammy-winning singer opened up about how she and Paul met.
“I met him on the dance floor at a birthday party. We met a few years later. We went to dinner for what he said was a business meeting, to which I replied: ‘A business meeting about what?’ It was our first time going out alone, without friends, and I believe it’s a natural way to connect individuals in real life.”
After news outlets confirmed their affair, the Hello singer took to Instagram and shared a monochrome photo of herself with Rich Paul. In the same CBS special, the singer opened up about her boyfriend and why she’s so enamored with him.
“He’s really funny. He’s funny. And extremely sharp. Very, very smart. It’s amazing to see him doing what he does and the ease with which he does it.”
In May 2022, the couple celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary standing in front of the house they apparently bought together. Not only Adele but Paul also discussed having more children in an interview with E! News.
“I look forward to becoming a second parent if I have more children.”
Adele and her estranged husband Simon Konecki have a 10-year-old son, Angelo. Rich Paul also has three children from a previous relationship.
