At Wednesday night’s show, Adam Sandler paused for a fan suffering a medical emergency in the crowd.
According TMZThe incident occurred at the SAP Center in San José where the comedian was performing. After Sandler heard an audience member shout “medical emergency” from the crowd, he stopped the entire show to make sure the fan received assistance.
Shortly after Sandler’s serious announcement, the venue’s lights turned on and attendees waited until paramedics helped the fan in distress. The comedian reportedly even helped guide doctors to the person in need.
While the show was only on hold for 10 minutes, fans got a glimpse of Sandler’s down-to-earth “help anyone” personality they’ve come to know and love.
The man who experienced the medical emergency was reportedly only believed to be dehydrated, but is now doing well.

He just so happens to belong to a creature from the beginning of time lurking in the shadows of his ship.”
While there is no official release date for AstronautThe film will reportedly debut on Netflix sometime in 2024.
