Abigail Breslin privately made accusations about her co-star Aaron Eckhart while they were working together on the upcoming film. Classified and now those claims have been made public as part of a lawsuit against him.
The production companies behind the film have filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Abigail and say her accusations against Aaron cost the project $80,000.

Earlier this year, Abigail wrote a letter to SAG-AFTRA and said she was afraid to be alone with Aaron.
“During the course of production, the entire production nearly came to a halt when Breslin warned Eckhart’s production about aggressive, degrading and unprofessional behavior that she claimed put her in danger at several times,” the lawsuit states (a via The Blast). . “So that production continues, among other things. Breslin refused to be alone in several scenes with Eckhart and the production had to make costly arrangements to meet Breslin’s demands or else Breslin would not continue to fulfill her contractual obligations.
The producers claim that an on-set investigation “found no evidence to support Breslin’s wild, hysterical and imagined accusations against Eckhart.”
The lawsuit claims that “unnecessary accommodations made for Breslin, whose claims were misleading, cost the production more than $80,000.” The producers also claim that Abigail is “extorting” them by demanding a payment of $35,000 as a condition of signing documents that must be signed for the film to be released.
Abigail’s representative spoke with Rolling Stone in response to the demand.
The rep says Abigail “is not aware of any action filed against her and has not received any legal notice. Ms. Breslin categorically denies all of the disputed allegations and unequivocally stands by her statement that she provided confidentially to SAG.”
