Abhirup Kadam started his career as a wildlife rescuer at an early age. He is associated with a non-profit organization called Maharashtra Animal Rescue Association (MARA), which aims to protect wildlife animals and create general awareness about animals among the general public. Abhirup has saved many poisonous animals including snakes, frogs, iguanas and scorpions. He has also rescued some street dogs. Abhirup often organizes many wildlife tours.

On May 7, 2019, he created a self-titled YouTube channel on which he uploads videos related to animal rescue. He has more than 540K subscribers on his channel. Abhirup has also received a Silver Play Button for his YouTube channel.
