Abhirami Suresh was born on Monday, 9 October 1995 (age 24 years; as in 2019) in Perumbavoor, Ernakulam, Kerala. His zodiac sign is Libra.

She was very active in co-curricular activities in her childhood and used to do mimicry and mono acting during her school days. Although Abhirami comes from a family of musicians, she always wanted to be an actress. While in school, she never missed any opportunity to be on stage. Abhirami completed the eleventh grade and then, enrolled herself for an acting diploma. During his diploma studies, Abhirami directed a short film as a part of his course. Abhirami received her first acting offer at the age of 12 after imitating host Ranjini Haridas and judge Sharreth in the music reality show “Idea Star Singer”, in which her sister Amrita Suresh was a contestant.

Abhirami started her acting career as a child artist in 2008 with the TV serial “Hello Kuttichathan”, in which she played the role of ‘Nimmi’. The audience liked this show very much.

She debuted in Malayalam film in 2009 with the film “Keralotsavam”. Subsequently, she appeared in Malayalam films such as “Vennalamaram” and “Gulumal: The Escape”. In 2014, Abhiram played the role of ‘Meera’ in the Malayalam comedy “Beware of Dogs”. This was her first film as a female lead. The same year, she made her Tamil film debut in the Malayalam-Tamil bilingual comedy film “Kerala Nattilam Pengaluden”, in which she played the role of Nisha, a Malayali Muslim girl.

After this, she appeared in films like ‘100 Days of Love’, ‘Kuber Raasi’ and ‘Crossroads’. She has also appeared as a guest on several television shows including “Star Jam,” “Varta Prabhatham,” “JB Junction,” and “Vartakappuram.”

In December 2018, Abhiram, along with his sister Amrita, started a YouTube channel, Amritam Gamay – AG with the AG Vlogs series, to publish creative content based on their personal life, travel, food, music and shopping. In 2020, Abhiram was offered to participate in Season 2 of the Malayalam game reality show “Bigg Boss” along with his sister Amrita, however, both of them declined the offer due to other commitments. Later, they entered the house of Bigg Boss Malayalam 2 as wildcard entrants.

Abhirami started composing music from a very young age. He made his debut as a musician in 2009. Abhirami has composed many bhajans and devotional songs. In 2014, Amrita launched a 10-member music band, Amritaam Gamay, with Amrita and Abhiram as the lead singers. Initially, Abhirami was not a part of the band, but Amrita offered her to join after hearing her rendition of the song she had prepared to perform on her Kappa TV debut. The band began performing at events internationally within six months of its formation. Abhirami and his sister Amrita have written and composed several songs for their band, including “Katturumbu,” “Ayyayo,” and “Harps of Peace.”

In 2015, he hosted the music show “Dear Kappa” on Kappa TV. She has also lent her voice for the title track of the film “Crossroads” (2017) and a solo song from the film “Aadu 2”.
