The ABC series Station 19a spin-off of the hit show Grey’s Anatomywill end after the upcoming seventh season.
The news was announced as the show returns to production following the conclusion of multiple Hollywood strikes.
ABC will premiere Station 19The seventh and final season will premiere on March 14, with the show moving from 8pm to 10pm on Thursday nights. After previously serving as a guide for greyNow the program will continue.

Deadline reports that the decision was made to end the show to “allow producers to create a fitting ending to the first aid drama.”
“For seven seasons, Station 19 has been a highlight of ABC programming thanks to the incredible vision of Shonda and Betsy, its beloved characters and its compelling storytelling,” said Craig Erwich, president of Disney Television Group. “With Zoanne and Peter at the helm of the upcoming farewell season, we have a lot to look forward to, not least celebrating the show’s 100th episode.”
Jaina Lee Ortiz and Jason George lead the cast of Station 19.
