ABC’s Fall 2023 TV Schedule Changed, ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Moves to Tuesdays

ABC is reviewing its programming.

The network confirmed that the hit television ballroom dancing competition series dancing with the stars will air on Tuesday nights this fall, following its return to ABC, while continuing to simulcast on Disney+, via Variety.

The season 32 premiere will air on Tuesday, September 26 at 8 p.m. ET, with an extended two-and-a-half-hour special edition. It will then air at its usual two-hour runtime starting next week at 8 pm ET.

ABC originally announced a fall schedule with DWTS in its regular Monday night slot, and later revealed it would air the ESPN show Monday night football on September 11, 18 and 25.

ABC has not yet revealed its plans for Monday nights beyond those first three weeks of Monday night football.

The Wednesdays, Celebrity Danger (with host Ken Jennings), Celebrity Wheel of Fortune and The $100,000 pyramid It will air from September 27.

The golden bachelor and Bachelor in paradise will air on Thursdays starting September 28.

shark tank and 20/20 will air on Fridays, starting September 29, and America’s Funniest Home Videos and The wonderful world of Disney on Sundays starting October 1.
