My mother is Fijian-Indian and my father is English, but they met while studying at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Growing up I always wanted to go to India – no one in my family had. It was a rare thing for a New Zealand model to come to India but I am glad I did. I immediately fell in love with the mysterious energy and charm of India. I met amazing people and experienced a lot! I would highly recommend Leh and Ladakh to anyone traveling to India; I also love traveling to Udaipur and South Goa.
