Following on from his success in the ’90s, Spelling made his name with the supernatural fantasy film starring Shannon Dougherty, with whom he previously worked. 90210with Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano.
Adding elements of the supernatural and sci-fi to their résumé, the trio plays a witch with special powers. When you think about it, it’s like a modern version of Charlie’s Angels, So it’s no surprise that Spelling sees potential charming, eight seasons in a row. It spawned a reboot of The CW, which is gearing up for a third season.
