’80s pop icon Samantha Fox arrested for alleged drunken behavior on plane

Samantha Fox, the singer of the 80s, was arrested at Heathrow airport in London. She allegedly caused a drunken disturbance on a British Airways flight to Munich.

Fox, 56, allegedly got into an argument with another passenger while the plane was on the tarmac. The disturbance caused the plane to turn around and return to the gate.

The Mirror UK reported that the remaining passengers disembarked, were given hotel rooms and continued their journey the next day. Reports suggest that police detained Samantha Fox, suspecting that she was drunk on a plane. She was subsequently released on bail until March.

The singer later issued a statement. He states that he “deeply regrets any disruption caused.”

Samantha Fox rose to fame as a model in the 1980s

“I thought he was going to kill me and I begged him to stop,” Fox wrote. “When I tried to get up, he kicked me so hard in the stomach that it took my breath away and wouldn’t stop. My sister Vanessa heard what was happening and jumped on her back to get him off her back.”
