Brendan Paul, who once allegedly served as Diddy’s “mule,” has now been officially charged with felony drug possession.

On Wednesday, TMZ revealed that Paul, 25, was facing a felony drug possession charge stemming from his arrest in Miami in March. The report also delves into discussions about the potential impact of this charge on ongoing federal investigations involving Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Last month, Paul was detained at the Opa Locka airport in Miami after federal agents intercepted Diddy’s private jet. He faced arrest on charges of possession of what is believed to be cocaine and a cart suspected of containing marijuana. In Florida, both charges are classified as felonies.

The prosecution against alleged drug mule Diddy began with Lil Rod’s lawsuit

The allegations of “mule” activities stem from a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr., alleging that Paul’s role for Diddy involved the acquisition and distribution of “drugs and weapons” on Diddy’s behalf.

Of course, Diddy has been the subject of several lawsuits in recent months and denied the allegations against him. In an earlier statement, his attorney, Shawn Holley, called Rod a “liar.” He also suggested that financial interests drove his motivations in the case.

“Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those making them.”

Last December, Combs announced on social media that he was willing to deny the allegations. “Enough is enough. For the past two weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.”
